Venice: Australia Council in the Card Catalogues.

Venice Biennale: Warhol and Ozco

I am an dreadful sucker for a card catalogue. As objects I find them fetishistically glorious (as long as I don't need to catalogue with them). Within this one I found some Warhol, and some Ozco.

Oscars: 'Story by' and 'Title change' files

I loved these files. Like little seeds.
As soon as there is announcement that someone has bought the rights to a script or a book or memoir there will be a little blurb in one of the trades- and then it starts as a card in this file.
Sometimes a faux title is given to a film in order to keep under wraps the finer details.
A fine example is this file on " A Boy's Life", a film in production under guise of this innocuous title. It was released later as E.T.: the Extra-Terrestrial

Films include international titles, short films, documentaries.

The Cloisters: card catalogue

We'll get to the Metropolitan Museum of Art's wonderful Cloisters Museum Library eventually.
I am procrastinating/managing a large photo archive right now, so thought I'd post this image of their handsome card file. What a lovely, obsolete block of chocolate it is.
